Q5. Do you have any happy memories related to food?

Several years ago, on a rainy day, I really wanted to eat bread. After work, on the way home, I dropped by a bakery near my house. I selected some delicious bread and opened my hand bag. Oh, my! I found out I left my purse at home. I had no money. So I gave up eating bread, was about to leave the bakery. Then, the clerk said, "you can take this bread with you, and pay for it later. I can understand how anxious you are to eat bread ... in this pouring rain." Fianlly I got delicious bread. Sometimes when it rains, I think of that day.

sorry, i don't have good memories about food. i have only bad memories about it. one thing i have is even though i look like eating western or local style food well, i don't like it. Whenever i visited abroad, i always had trouble with local food. That doesn't mean that i can't eat the local cusine, but i miss Korean food so much, such as hot and spicy food. i can't live without that sort of food. Actually, i am worried about living in the state because of the food.

Hi, Sunny!
When I was in the childhood, My mom used to cook food like fermented bread, 'Hotteok', 'gamjajeon'(potato pan cake). I really enjoyeded my mom's cooking then and it remained on my wonderful memory. I want my kids to taste that kind of atmoshere, so I often cook special food for them when I have spare time. Yesterday, I made 'gamjajeon'and they extremely liked it. I am a good mom, ain't I? Hahaha.....

I love 'soft bean curd soup'. I think the dish was the first food I ate out. When dating my husband, I usually ordered that in resturants whereas my husband fried rice. Till now my favorite food is soft bean curd soup.

I've eaten paeya in spain. It's like a Korean fried rice which has plenty of sea food and several vegetables. It's so delicious. The restaurant in which I had it was located in front of the St.Atocha of Madrid in spain. After eating it, my wife and I headed for Barcelona. The weather was also sunny and warm. It's one of my unforgettable memories.

Hello,Sunny
I really miss my mom's bread.
She made bread with some rice wine.
When I tried that bread, I smelled good. But my mom passed away 10 years ago.
Even though I can find simiar bread on the street, the taste is different. Especially, on big holidays my mom made snacks to treat guests. I miss my mom and mom's food. See you.

Food...
The worst memory related to food was meat. I can`t remember food`s name. When we went on a picnic, the meat wasn`t sitting well with me. I had a terrible stomachache.
So, I never won`t have it again.
Terrible experience !!!!
Anyway, I`m always happy with you.

Hi Sunny,
What a sweet story. There are some really nice people in this world.
I have a lot of memories about food that I've had while traveling. One memorable experience was while I was camping in Mongolia. We were sitting at our evening fire and a horsewoman came by. In Mongolian culture, you should always invite someone to sit by your fire and share some food so we invited her and she had some of our soup. She gave us fermented horse curd which was really horrible tasting but it was a great experience to sit with her and talk.
